Enterprise Direct Field Sales Executive

We are seeking a new member of our Field Sales team to engage with regional and multi-national enterprises. You will be a results-driven, success-oriented individual with extensive experience in large deal generation and closing.

You will have a ready portfolio of senior contacts in large IT organisations and experience of collaborating with business partners to create and close value propositions. You will be a self-starter, with a can-do attitude and be able to operate effectively within a growing organisation with a low touch.
  • You will have knowledge of the automation and AI market and be able to create and support value-based propositions that match customer and market demand.
  • You will ideally have experience in the Telecoms and/or Financial Services verticals, but also able to position enabling technologies in a complex sale with multiple value-propositions.
  • You will operate as easily at board level as with the technical sponsors and will thrive on external competition in challenging high-value environments.
  • You will have been creating and pitching value-based propositions of intangible solutions for at least 5 years to global organisations.
  • You will have an appetite and ease with international travel and sensitivity to national cultural differences.

You will focus on new business generation and sales execution into net new business customers initially in Telco and IT opportunities, broadening to a wider market including Banking, Financial Services and Insurance.

You will be joining a small but fast-moving organisation. You will be spending a significant amount of time on the road visiting prospects, clients and partners internationally. You will be self-motivated and comfortable with low-touch management.

You may be located anywhere in the UK or EU with easy access to fast, low cost, transport links. You will be able to drive and have no restrictions on your ability to travel for business.
