The IIP assessor’s feedback reflects the company’s core values of Empowerment, Integrity, Collaboration and Innovation. The openness and transparency shown by employees was commented on, along with how refreshing it is to work with an organisation where people are so passionate about the business, and everyone takes an active involvement.

Eddie Watson, Operations Director commented, “It’s great to see the external recognition of the ethos and way in which the wider Cortex team works.  As a management team we are committed to giving people the support and guidance to be the best they can be.  I strongly believe this reflects in both the culture, and in the reason we accomplish the high level of engagement with what we are looking to achieve as an organisation.  As much as we are about software development we are people developers as well.”
