Innovise IES, the creator of smart autonomous operations using Cortex Intelligent Automation, has retained the Investors in People (IIP) Gold status they first achieved in 2013.

The assessment involved a detailed review of processes along with interviews with a number of employees and managers.  Following initial IIP accreditation in 2012, Innovise was awarded gold status in 2013 for demonstrating a degree of excellence in the way they develop and support their staff.

The Gold award is achieved by just 3.2% of organisations in the UK, and goes beyond the nationally recognised Standard, which is awarded to well-run organisations which demonstrate good management practice with a high emphasis on best practice people management and development.

Retaining this gold standard puts Innovise in a distinguished group of the very best employers within the UK.
